Bryan Keith has eight years of experience mediating, litigating, and training.
Prior to becoming a Mediator, Bryan worked in-house at a leading trade union, where he acted for employees in the public sector, including hospitals, both large and small non-profit organizations, developmental services, colleges, and universities. He also worked internally on policy development and organizational change initiatives.

Through my many years of practical experience dealing with conflict between trade unions and employers, I have learned that the most important piece of a dispute is the maintenance of a respectful and professional relationship between the parties.
Using my skills as a neutral mediator, my goal is to assist the parties in finding a fair and reasonable resolution – a settlement that all parties can accept, while allowing the relationship to move forward.
